US Lotto Results ("the App") is operated by Northstar Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information.
The following data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage and never transmitted to our servers:
This data remains entirely on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it permanently.
The App fetches publicly available lottery results from official government and lottery APIs, including NY Open Data, the California Lottery, and the Texas Lottery. No personal data is sent in these requests.
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalised ads through your device settings under Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising (iOS).
We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs in the App. We do not track how you use the App or share usage data with any third party beyond what AdMob collects for advertising purposes.
If you enable draw-night reminders, Apple delivers notifications using its Push Notification service (APNs). No personal data is shared with us in this process. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device Settings.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
